Overview
Homeschooling in Missouri is governed by Missouri Revised Statutes section 167.031. Missouri requires no notification to any authority but does require families to provide at least 1,000 hours of instruction annually with records maintained at home. This makes Missouri one of the more family-friendly homeschool states in the US.
